By accessing or using the AGZZY digital atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
AGZZY reserves the right to refine or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to reflect our evolving brand standards.
All products are subject to availability and strictly limited runs. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue masterpieces without notice.
While we strive for absolute accuracy, errors in pricing or product details may occur. In such cases, AGZZY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order impacted by these discrepancies.
Placing an order does not constitute a final contract. AGZZY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including cases of unavailability, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or listing errors.
COD orders require mandatory confirmation via telephonic verification. Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation. AGZZY reserves the right to disable COD for specific users or jurisdictions.
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

AGZZY shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, delivery delays caused by third-party logistics, or loss due to misuse of products.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of applicable courts in New Delhi.
